Tekken 8 Developers Showcase Charming Anna Williams and Reveal Game's Total Sales

Bandai Namco has released a new gameplay trailer for the fighting game Tekken 8, dedicated to the charming Anna Williams. The character will be added to the game on April 3rd this year. Owners of the Character Year 2 Pass will get early access to the fighter and can start playing on March 31st.

The developers also reminded players of what's coming for Tekken 8 in the future. This summer, a DLC character and a new arena will be added to the game. In the fall, an additional fighter will make their debut. In the winter, the creators promise another character and arena. Further details will be revealed later.

Additionally, Bandai Namco announced that the total sales of Tekken 8 have already surpassed three million. This milestone was reached faster than Tekken 7, which has sold over 12 million copies to date (over 10 years since its release).

Tekken 8 was released in January last year and has received mostly positive reviews on Steam. At the time of writing, its rating stands at 70%.
