Extreme Simplicity: Stalker 2 Quest Walkthrough

Skif made a suicidal attempt to pass through the swamps. Thanks to Shustriy's hints, the hero managed to find and disable the psi-beacons, and then find the Clear Sky base. Faust once again said nothing specific but left a scanner. Now Skif needs to find the way back. This guide contains a detailed walkthrough of the quest Extreme Simplicity in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

Exit the bunker and follow the target marker. On the right, in the house, there will be another psi-beacon — disable it immediately. Overall, the path from the swamps will be somewhat safer than before. The route will also be clearly visible both on solid ground and on the map. When you get far enough away from the area, Stalker will contact Skif and ask to check out the Forestry.

Upon reaching the place, you will learn that Stalker is working with Scar. They ask Skif for help and suggest sneaking into NIICHAVO. During the dialogue, Varta attacks the base. You need to decide whom to support in the battle — Iskra or Varta. We chose Iskra.

When you reach NIICHAVO, you will be met by security. After a short dialogue, go forward to the main building. Inside, a cutscene will begin, and Dr. Dalin will take the scanner. He will offer you to rest in his personal room, so proceed further into the building and head to the elevator.

Once in Dalin's room, go to sleep. In the morning, Stalker will contact Skif and ask to find out where Monolith is currently located. Head out into the corridor and go left to the laboratory. Pay attention to the photographs hanging on the wall. The top right one can be moved. Do this and you will reveal a safe. The code is 2006. Inside is the Battery artifact and a note.
