On February 14, the comic book film Captain America: Brave New World premiered to mostly low critical reviews. However, this didn't stop the film from having a successful launch at the global box office, grossing $192.4 million in just a few days ($100 million from North America) against a budget of $180 million. This surpassed analysts' predictions.

Considering reshoots and marketing, the film will need to gross $425 million to break even.

The movie follows Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, as he teams up with Joaquin Torres (Falcon) to take on the Serpent Society. Notably, the plot also features Red Hulk, portrayed by Harrison Ford.

At the time of writing, New World holds a 6.1 rating on IMDb.
