PUBG creator Brendan Greene has released the first trailer for his next big project. Prologue: Go Wayback! is an ambitious survival game set in a massive open world, entirely generated using machine learning.
The system can create "millions" of possible maps, but the player's objective remains simple—reach a weather station and call for help. Armed with only a worn-out map and a set of tools, survival is key.
Players must gather food, collect resources, and seek shelter, all while navigating a vast environment with a dynamic weather system that features various atmospheric conditions.
Prologue: Go Wayback! is set to launch in early access in summer 2025.
