Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War — Before each mission, the player undergoes a briefing, which includes the current state of affairs, prerequisites and goals of the operation, and selects one of the aircraft and weapons available to him. To complete a mission, the player must complete all its objectives within a certain period of time, and in some missions there is an update of objectives.
The game features 36 vehicle models that the player can control, including three fictional ones. Unlike previous installments, The Belkan War primarily features older aircraft, such as the F-15 Eagle, F/A-18 Hornet, and several second- and third-generation fighters.
