All Points Bulletin is an action game for several players. In the city of San Paro there are two opposing sides — the security forces and the criminals. In normal game mode, it is impossible to kill anyone, except for citizens and players with a reputation level of “5” (their name and rank turn golden, they can also kill you). Missions are built around a network of triggers. The descent of any of them leads to conflict between players of different beliefs. For example, if a bank is robbed, the alarm will go off and the Security Forces will arrive at the scene. Another example: a detachment of Security Forces is sent to search a warehouse of bandits. The Criminals must protect it. Moreover, the conflict is built between two small detachments.
