Set in an Edwardian world, this arcade shooter follows the kidnapping of Theodore Roosevelt. The player pursues his abductors from New York across the Great Plains to San Francisco, then out to the high seas and beyond, travelling by train, ship and automobile.

Along the way, the player fights otherworldly creatures with an arsenal of futuristic Edwardian weapons in an effort to free the president.
