Baseless is an arcade action shooter built around travelling between planets with 360-degree gravity. Shooting also serves as movement: blasts propel the hero across a planet’s surface and launch them into the air. The player fights enemies with an array of weapons and moves while rescuing friends.

Different zones bring new enemies, hazards and bosses. As the hero gains abilities, they can combine dashes, sword strikes, a grappling hook, a shotgun and a bubble shield to evade attacks, stun enemies and deal damage.
