This third-person point-and-click horror adventure follows Darren Michaels as he searches for his missing friend Angelina and struggles to keep his sanity. The investigation begins in a small New England town and leads to Willow Creek, England, where Black Mirror Castle stands.

Players explore locations, talk to characters, solve puzzles, and complete mini-games. The story unfolds across six chapters and visits places including a medieval underground temple, a mental hospital, and a cemetery. As Darren searches for Angelina, he is haunted by nightmares that grow increasingly intense.
