This first-person shooter follows a former soldier who returns to the deserted town of Insectville and tries to discover what happened to its residents, including his family. The streets are overrun by giant beetles and other insects.
The player fights through waves of enemies using weapons and ammunition the protagonist had stockpiled in his basement. Foes include several creature types and bosses, and survival requires shooting and retreating.
