Bloodforge

Bloodforge — a hack and slash game in which the player must use different weapons to attack and defeat the enemy. To aid progression, the player can disorient their opponent (indicated by a special icon appearing above the opponent's head), allowing Crom to perform a gruesome finishing move. Defeating opponents with a finishing move will earn the player more "Blood", which is used as the in-game currency. Higher damage results in more Blood being shed, giving the player the ability to upgrade their weapons and abilities.

The 4 main weapons are the sword, warhammer, claws and crossbow, each of which allows up to 3 upgrades. A green Health bar appears in the upper left corner of the screen above the red Rage bar. These bars are replenished by finding and using various runes, which are usually found in destructible cairns.
