For an Early Access game, there's a lot already. The least developed feature is the romance, but this is a restaurant-management game so that's not important. The gameplay loop is great so far, the environments are beautiful, only the character models are lacking (not the character portraits, those are great. I'm talking about the walking-around stick figures with no features). Generally, I'd recommend it while it's cheaper because of EA so you don't pay full price when it releases.
