Choice Chamber is a slasher-platformer with roguelike elements in which viewers can alter the game world in real time during a livestream. Through chat, they influence which power-ups, enemies, obstacles, and rule changes appear, while procedural generation reshapes the challenge from one run to the next.

The player fights enemies and navigates obstacles as viewers affect the run. The game also has an offline mode and supports local co-op for two players. Weapons, abilities, characters, and secrets can be unlocked as the game progresses.
