A horizontally scrolling arcade shooter about a combat helicopter pilot rescuing hostages from camps in the territory of the Bungeling Empire. The player attacks buildings to release the captives, lands to let them board, then carries them to a nearby base. Since the helicopter can transport only a limited number of passengers per trip, the rescue requires several sorties.
The helicopter can fly in one direction while turning and firing left, right, or forward. The player must fend off tanks and other enemies while keeping the hostages from being killed by enemy fire or friendly fire.
