Cosmochoria is an arcade action-adventure about a tiny pink cosmonaut who finds himself in a distant galaxy and sets out to bring life back to its barren planets. The player travels between planets, fights aliens and giant space creatures, and plants seeds that grow into plants and produce more seeds.

The galaxy is procedurally generated, so its layout changes with each run. The cosmonaut can explore in search of mysteries and artifacts or settle on one planet, tend a garden, and build towers. Crystals left by defeated enemies can be spent to improve his abilities, and the game also features large-scale boss fights.
