This third-person science-fiction shooter with horror elements follows a covert mission in Lasria, an Eastern European city concealing a deadly Cold War secret. Agent Hayden Tenno is infected by the Technocyte Virus, which turns its victims into mindless killers, and gains superhuman abilities. He must fight the virus spreading through his body and its effects on his psyche.
As Hayden’s powers evolve, he acquires a bladed glaive that grows from his arm and can be used in close combat or thrown at enemies. The single-player campaign develops his abilities, while a competitive multiplayer mode lets players put their learned skills to use. The action is presented from an over-the-shoulder viewpoint, with no on-screen HUD.
