Interactive fiction about the everyday life of a person living with depression. Across a series of ordinary situations, the player navigates the illness alongside relationships, work, and possible treatment. Decisions shape what happens next and which options are available: depending on the character’s level of depression, some choices open up while others become inaccessible.
The character’s state also affects the audio and visuals: the music grows more distorted, static intensifies, and color gradually drains from the world. Different decisions lead to multiple endings that show their consequences and how well the character managed their depression. The game also aims to remind people with depression that they are not alone and to help others understand the effects of the illness.
