Dino Crisis 3 is an action game with a third-person view. Throughout almost the entire game, the player controls the character Patrick, and only in some places you can play as the girl Sonya.
Compared to previous games in the series, the number of weapons has decreased. There are two guns available with six different types of ammunition. The player can also use special “WASPS” devices, which help when fighting a large number of dinosaurs.
