Dropsy is a point-and-click adventure about a clown who sets out to help others and uncover the secrets of his past after a circus fire. With his father gravely ill and people turning away from the once-celebrated performer, Dropsy tries to earn their goodwill through kind acts and hugs. He can also talk to animals.

The open world lets players choose which areas to explore and puzzles to tackle, piecing together the story at their own pace. Characters communicate through visual icons rather than text-based dialogue. Progress depends on solving puzzles, helping those in need, and gaining the support of animal friends.
