A third-person survival horror game set on an island infested with giant insects and mutant creatures. Ray finds himself alone in a dark, fog-covered forest and tries to discover what happened to everyone else. He sets out to rescue his friend Mike and his love interest Michelle, while uncovering the mystery of Beelzebub Island, also known as Bug Island.
Ray has a flashlight and a few simple weapons. The player explores the island, fights insects and other enemies, dodges attacks, and uses weapons to stay alive. When there is no other option, Ray can enter the Cave of Time and travel into the past to save his loved ones.
