A firefighting simulation about a crew responding to fires, traffic accidents and other emergencies in urban and rural areas. Missions include extinguishing flames, rescuing people from wrecked cars, shoring up buildings and pumping water from flooded basements.

The player operates fire engines, a turntable ladder vehicle, an ambulance and other emergency vehicles. Squad members accompany the player on calls, helping to fight fires and assist the injured, while an inventory system provides control over equipment.
