A football management simulation in which the player leads a team and manages relationships with its board and players. Negotiations with the board can secure a better personal contract, larger wage and transfer budgets, or a stadium expansion. Failure to meet the board’s targets can cost the manager their job.
At half-time, the manager can address players individually or as a team and comment on their first-half performance. Player interaction helps address dissatisfaction and maintain squad morale.
