This Metroidvania action-adventure follows forma.8, a small exploration probe stranded alone on the surface of an alien planet after an accident. To survive, it must find and recover a lost energy source buried deep beneath the surface, amid traces of ancient civilisations, perilous encounters and dystopian visions.

Players explore an open world, solve mysteries and acquire power-ups that let them progress. The journey includes fights against enemies and bosses, while the story unfolds through cryptic lore. The game uses hand-drawn vector graphics.
