A tactical action game about infantry operations in tense urban combat. Full Spectrum Warrior is based on a game commissioned by the U.S. Army to train light infantry for fighting in urban environments.

The player takes the role of a squad leader, directing the Alpha and Bravo fire teams as they carry out military objectives. Progress depends on using cover and coordinating the teams so they can protect themselves from attacks coming from any direction.
