This futuristic fighting game in the Guilty Gear XX series follows the emergence of Leopaldon, a new Gear threatening the world. Battles can be fought alone or in local matches for up to four players, who can form teams or fight as individuals.

The roster brings back characters from Guilty Gear XX #Reload and adds newcomers A.B.A and Robo-Ky Mk. II, with 23 fighters available from the start. GG Boost shifts the action to waves of enemies, and a second player can join in co-op. Robo-Ky Mk. II can be fitted with moves from other characters to create a custom set of attacks.
