Guitar Hero is a music action game in which players perform rock songs using a guitar-shaped controller. Its soundtrack features more than 30 tracks associated with Red Hot Chili Peppers, David Bowie, Boston, Sum 41, Ozzy Osbourne, Audioslave, White Zombie, Franz Ferdinand, and The Ramones. Players can choose from four difficulty levels and perform at six venues, ranging from basement parties to sold-out stadiums. The game features eight characters with different looks and playing styles, along with a two-player mode.
