A hand-control simulator built around levels with activities ranging from fishing and chess to handling weapons. Hand Simulator lets players spin fidget spinners, milk a cow, take part in a Mexican duel with friends, or chat in an anonymous club.

The game includes both online and offline levels. Its weapon mechanics require careful handling to fire a shot, and each level has tasks that award achievements when completed.
