This fantasy first-person shooter follows Corvus, the last elven warrior of the Sidhe, as he seeks revenge on D’Sparil, one of the Serpent Riders who branded his people heretics and waged war against them. Corvus travels through the City of the Damned and other areas overrun by evil forces, fighting enemy hordes and making his way through each location.
In combat, Corvus uses magical weapons and can manage items in his inventory. Heretic also lets players look up and down, while progression centers on moving through successive locations and battling powerful foes.
