This first-person puzzle adventure with horror elements follows a structural analyst whose routine damage inspection becomes a fight for survival amid a city’s crumbling infrastructure. Equipped with a camera and his wits, the protagonist explores Stalburg’s structures and other locations, investigating the causes of the city’s problems and the schemes behind them.

Rather than using weapons, the player relies on observation to solve mechanical and electrical puzzles, find routes, and avoid hazards. The protagonist’s actions and attention to detail affect whether other people survive. INFRA also lets the player focus on completing the assignment or on personal survival.
