This visual novel follows a young man who wakes on the shore of the isolated island of Urashima with no memory of his past. Claiming to have traveled from the future, Sanzenkai Setsuna sets out to uncover the island’s secrets and change its fate.

As the story unfolds, he grows close to Rinne, Karen, and Sara, girls from Urashima’s three influential families. Players navigate the plot using a flowchart, follow clues, and learn about the island’s past, its endemic disease, and its local legends. The branching narrative leads to multiple endings.
