This isometric strategy game takes place in procedurally generated worlds, where a commander of an alien force establishes a mining outpost on a distant planet. Each map has its own distribution of biomes and resources, as well as enemy facilities defended by forces trying to drive the aliens off the planet.
The commander’s minions mine resources, build fortifications and attack humans who come too close to the base. The player explores the world, gathers loot and expands the outpost and army while trying to survive. Isomer combines an open-ended sandbox with elements inspired by 1990s turn-based strategy games and more recent survival titles.
