A construction and management simulation about designing and running an island-based Jurassic Park. To create dinosaurs, the player sends excavation teams to locations around the world in search of fossilized mosquitoes containing dinosaur DNA.
The park can include hotels, restaurants and shops, while visitors view dinosaurs from tour buses. Advertising helps attract guests, and hurricanes and earthquakes can damage buildings. Dinosaurs need holding pens with suitable habitats and medical care when ill; the island has six types of environment, and the park can have up to eight pens.
