Kaet Must Die! is a first-person horror puzzle game about Kaetheran, a psionicist who wakes up in a sewer without his powers. He must find a way out while Annalinnia, the Blood Witch, tries to drive him insane.
Players explore sewers and mountain mazes, search for clues, and solve puzzles to reach the next levels. Kaetheran gradually regains his abilities as he avoids traps, tricks, and frightening sounds. The levels put him under time pressure as he searches for an exit before the lights go out and his sanity runs out.
