This educational platform adventure follows an effort to recover numbers stolen by the Gruzzles. With the digits gone, speed limits disappear from road signs and stock reports lose their meaning; the player sets out to thwart the thieves and restore the missing numbers.

Math Rescue lets players choose a boy or a girl, as well as the type and skill level of the problems. The adventure visits underwater settings, volcanoes, and outer space. Progress depends on solving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division problems, either individually or in mixed sets. The game also includes save support, built-in help, and a high-score list.
