This fixed-screen arcade shooter follows a pilot whose nightmare has a spaceship under attack from food and household objects. The player steers a mobile blaster and fires missiles at the attackers, aiming to score points before losing a fleet of three ships. The game supports solo play or two players taking turns.
There are eight waves of enemies, each with distinct movement and attack patterns, and targets become worth more points as the waves progress. Every 10,000 points earns an extra ship. After the eighth wave, enemy colors and patterns change, and each target is worth 90 points. Megamania won the Arkie Award for Most Humorous Home Arcade Game.
