This casual city-building simulation tasks the player with developing a city by placing buildings and creating functional zones on limited land. Residents need access to essential services to stay happy and generate income, while goals must be met with limited resources and time.
The campaign features 24 scenarios, and players can also create and play custom ones. The game can be paused at any time or played without a time limit.
