Metal Gear Solid: Social Ops — the base game was free to download with the option to purchase downloadable content. The content was usually new campaigns or limited edition maps for use during the game.
Each campaign typically included specific missions between story, rendezvous, stealth, apprehend, elimination or rescue, and a boss battle at the end of each mission. Each campaign and mission gave the player new cards to use. The card awarded varied depending on the rating the player received at the end of the mission.
