Monster Truck Destruction is an arcade racing game about driving monster trucks, smashing obstacles, and performing stunts. Events include timed runs, head-to-head races, championships, and freestyle, alongside Floor is Lava, where drivers must reach the finish without falling into the lava. Multiplayer races let players compete against one another.

The game features more than 120 trucks, which can be upgraded and customized with different part colors, flags, neon lights, and suspension adjustments. Truck physics and a dynamic damage system shape how vehicles behave in collisions. A level editor offers more than 700 props for building tracks, and player-created maps can also be played.
