This casual simulation game blends strategy and adventure as the player helps a town struggling to attract residents. By finding out what locals want and need, the player can improve the town and bring in new characters, from a chef and florist to a kickboxing instructor and DJ.

MySims lets players create furniture, objects, homes, and businesses from scratch, and decide who lives in the town. Exploring the area uncovers decorations, patterns, and useful or surprising treasures; plants and gathered materials can be used to customize creations. Befriending neighbors unlocks clothing and accessories, while the character’s appearance can also be customized.
