This visual novel continues the events of NEKO-NIN exHeart 2 through four short stories about its main heroines. NEKO-NIN exHeart 2 Love+PLUS features separate episodes focused on Yura, Tama, Ritsu, and Maya.

Yura tries to win Haruki’s affection and fakes running away from home, while Tama, inspired by magical-girl stories, sets out to keep the town peaceful. Ritsu looks for a job to help with the family’s expenses, and Maya finds a lost kitten and insists on taking it in.
