An arcade racing game and sequel to Rally-X, New Rally-X challenges players to collect flags while avoiding enemy cars. Its new courses feature special flags: the Lucky Flag awards points based on the remaining fuel, while the Special Flag doubles the points for all flags still to be collected. Enemy car behavior has also been adjusted to rebalance the game, alongside updated graphics and background music.
