An urban survival RPG set in Obenseuer, an isolated district of Stalburg under quarantine. After a clerical error makes the player the owner of an unfinished apartment building, they must survive amid poverty, addiction, and the threat of a potentially fatal disease.
The player repairs and upgrades the tenement, rents apartments to locals, furnishes a home and workshop, and can set up a factory in the basement. Turnips and potatoes can be grown and processed for profit, while tasks for residents lead to discoveries about the district's secrets. Theft, break-ins, and sabotage are also possible, but getting caught can mean a stay in the local militia's jail.
