This virtual-reality survival horror game takes place in a city infected by a disease that has twisted its places and people. After weeks and months of isolation in an apartment, the protagonist explores the city, now a wasteland, and tries to uncover what has changed it.
Players navigate interconnected, labyrinthine levels, solve spatial and physical puzzles, fight a range of enemies, and manage limited resources. Weapons and tools aid combat, while interactions with the environment use hand tracking. Organ Quarter is a long-form horror adventure with a self-contained story, conceived as an homage to the slow, methodical survival horror games of the 1990s.
