This arcade game of avoidance challenges players to guide a moving object along a winding path while dodging obstacles. The route grows more difficult as the run progresses, testing reaction time and quick decision-making; procedural generation makes each attempt slightly different. The path features more than thirty types of obstacles.

Pivvot offers eight modes. Voyage has players travel through increasingly challenging levels, while Endless is about surviving as long as possible as the pace increases. Expert and Random variants change the obstacle difficulty or arrangement, Berserk offers a chaotic challenge, and Looper tasks players with completing as many 360-degree loops as possible. The game also includes local co-op for up to four players.
