A classic pixel-art platformer about a protagonist who is transported to the world of 8-bit games. He sets out to rescue his girlfriend and uncover who is behind her abduction, as well as why characters from old-school video games have suddenly turned evil.

The protagonist makes his way through levels, fights bosses, and learns new abilities. Progress through the game world brings him closer to finding the kidnapper and discovering what changed the characters’ behavior.
