An expansion for Postal 2, combining the POSTAL 2 single-player game with the Share The Pain multiplayer mode. The game takes place in open 3D environments where players can interact with non-player characters and choose how to deal with them and the world around them.

The multiplayer component features 14 levels and four modes: Snatch, Grab, Deathmatch, and Team Deathmatch. Deathmatch offers a choice of 25 characters, while Team Deathmatch includes 19 teams.
