This sports simulation focuses on managing a professional cycling team. The player handles finances and recruitment, plans training and sets race strategies across more than 230 events and 650 stages, including the Tour de France, La Vuelta and World Tour races.

Career mode adds rider morale management: requests about race participation and personal goals affect motivation and performance. Pro Cyclist mode follows the career of an individual cyclist, while online play supports matches with up to 15 other players.
