Project Gotham Racing 4 — is an arcade racing game made in three-dimensional graphics. The gameplay is similar to that in previous parts of the series and involves participation in racing competitions taking place on specialized tracks in real cities around the world. Project Gotham Racing 4 features 9 locations, each of which contains a certain number of tracks: Quebec, Las Vegas, London, Macau, New York, Nurburgring, St. Petersburg, Tokyo and Shanghai. The main innovations, compared to previous parts of the series, were the presence of different weather conditions (including precipitation and seasons) and motorcycles as vehicles in addition to cars.
