Set during World War II, this first-person shooter with horror elements follows US Army Ranger William “B.J.” Blazkowicz on a solo mission to stop Himmler and the SS Paranormal Division. Backed by Hitler, the Nazis combine occult practices and technology to create an army capable of defeating the Allies.
In the single-player campaign, players fight Nazis, the undead, and experimental mutant soldiers using both World War II weapons and fictional designs. The team-based online multiplayer pits the Allies against the Axis in objective-focused matches. The game blends action and horror and reboots the Wolfenstein series.
