Revolution Under Siege

A historical turn-based strategy game set during the Russian Civil War of 1917–1923, in which the player can lead either the Reds or the Whites to victory. The conflict spans territories from Poland to the Pacific and the steppes of Central Asia, with hundreds of commanders and units, including Red Guards and Cossacks, represented on the map.

The player raises and organizes armies and divisions, and fields tanks, armoured trains, and aircraft. Political decisions, requisitions, revolts, and repression shape the campaign, while diplomacy can bring foreign powers into the war or lead to attacks on neutral neighbours. Alongside campaigns covering the Russian Civil War, the game includes scenarios about the Finnish Civil War and the Russian-Polish War, as well as an alternative-history scenario set in 1921.
